Mater Academy Charter junior running back Daniel Doriscar -- is one of the many "proven" sleepers for the class of 2017 in South Florida. This past fall, the 5-foot-8, 185-pounder was named 1st team All-Dade County; in the highest classification (8A-6A) and 7A All-State Honorable mention.

Daniel is the cousin to the University of South Florida Bulls record-setting sophomore quarterback Quinton Flowers. Speaking of record setting -- Daniel tied number one in Miami-Dade County in rushing touchdowns with (16).

Despite, splitting carries, he still finished #3 in Miami-Dade County in rushing yards with (1,128) and #7 overall in South Florida; two receiving touchdowns -- tallying (18) all-purpose touchdowns on the season.

Daniel, speed not only aids to his football team success, but track and field as well. His 4×100 and 4×200 team -- came in 1st place at the Fr. Luis Ripoll S.J. Relays with Daniel at third leg.

The rising junior plans to study physical therapy and informed me that D1-FBS schools: FIU, Syracuse, Arizona, Oregon state (Game invite) and Iowa St sends mail regularly. The touchdown machine -- is still awaiting his first offer.
