West Centennial OT Knijeah Harris named Rising Stars freshman of the week

Here's week 6' top performers in South Florida, based on film and statistics sent to Rising Stars by Sunday.
West Centennial (FL) OT Knijeah Harris West Centennial freshman offensive tackle Knijeah Harris (#77) continues to turn heads, as the anchor at offensive line in South Florida for the class of 2023. Harris five pancake performance against Vero Beach, speaks a mouth full. Harris is the first Palm Beach County freshman, to be named player of the week.
Miami Carol City (FL) QB Kewone Jenkins The sky is the limit, for dual threat quarterback and multi-sport star, Kewone Jenkins. In a losing effort, the two-year varsity starter still managed to add to his passing touchdowns on the season, as he tossed three touchdowns (1 interception) and threw for over 200 yards vs. St. Thomas Aquinas. Jenkins earned the offensive player of the week.
American Heritage Plantation (FL) LB David Vadala Vadala has a knack for quickly locating both the ball carrier and opposing teams quarterbacks based on film. The 5-foot-10, 200-pound productive freshman was responsible for 8 tackles, 2 TFLs, and 1 sack against North Miami Beach.
Palmer Trinity (FL) ATH Santana Wooten The Falcons two-way freshman standout, made his presence known against Florida Christian, a team recognized as a heavy favorite. Wooten key plays at cornerback (pick six) and running back (over 100 all-purpose yards), was enough to squeeze out a 7-6 victory.
St. Brendan (FL) ATH Christian Lowery The athlete of the week goes to rising freshman cornerback, Christian Lowery from St. Brendan. His versatility, resulted in two interceptions on defense. On the offensive side, he accumulated 75 receiving yards and 2 scores on just three touches; six solo tackles.
Florida Christian (FL) RB Levy "LA" Miller The decorated youth football superstar, is certainly, living up to the high expectations entering high school. Miller (#11) needs less than 300 yards to have over 1,000 rushing yards on the season. Miller on 23 touches, ran for 202 yards and contributed with 57 yards through he air.
American Heritage Plantation (FL) RB Mark Fletcher He (Fletcher) already holds a verbal offer from Alabama and is listed at 6-foot-1, 205-pounds, which tells you a lot in a nutshell. Fletcher gave everyone a glimpse of his future producton, as he ran for over 100 yards and one rushing touchdown vs. North Miami Beach.
Ferguson (FL) QB Tristan Caroddo For the second time this season, Caroddo makes the cut, as a top Freshman performer in South Florida. Caroddo threw for two touchdowns and recorded over 200 all-purpose yards.
Miami Christian (FL) WR Nathaniel "Ray Ray" Joseph Ray Ray is perhaps the best route runner in South Florida for the class of 2023, but is without question the best slot receiver per Rising Stars.
