Small School, Big Talent: Somerset Academy Silver Palms 18' RB/ATH Lentivone Lesane (6-1, 190)

Somerset Academy Silver Palms High School -- is a fairly new football program in South Florida located in Homestead, FL. The 3A classification program -- is entering its third football season this upcoming fall and has a young man named Lentivon Lesane, who has measurable, athleticism and film.

The talented sophomore (16 - years old) has the size of a high school senior running back standing 6-foot-1, 190-pounds and has division one athleticism to go along with his muscular frame. This off-season, Lesane without any track and field background. Clocked an electronically timed 4.6 40-yard dash at the Miami Nike Combine.

He also posted an impressive Nike Rating of a (88.23). His percentile was through the roof:

40-Yard Dash: 4.67 (95-percentile)

Vertical Jump: 35.9 (95-percentile)

Peak Power: 7280 Watts (94-percentile)

Power Ball: 36.5 Feet (94-percentile)

Lesane is the strongest and fastest student-athlete on his football team. He's very close to making the 1,000 pound club inside of the weight room.

He's currently at (955) pounds: bench press (245), squat (355) and dead lift (355). This past season -- the converted wide receiver -- lined up at running back, defensive end and linebacker for the first-time. Lesane earned 3rd Team All-Dade County. He touched the ball (111) times this past fall for (1,017) all-purpose yards with (12) rushing touchdowns and (1) receiving touchdown.

While playing roughly six quarters on defense (3 - games) last fall. He recorded (17) tackles and (1) sack lining up at defensive end and linebacker. Lesane bloodlines are talented as well.

Arkansas Razorbacks OL Denver Kirkland, who's considered a day one draft pick this upcoming NFL Draft and Marshall all-time leader in receptions WR Tommy Shuler. Lesane standing 6-foot-1, 190-pounds with 4.6 electronically timed speed as a sophomore -- is going to have college football coaches visiting the third year program over the next two years.
