Here's what first-year offensive coordinator, Corey Smith (Left Pictured) had to say about his rising star quarterback Angel Alvarez. "
Angel Alvarez is a great kid to coach. He is a great leader and hard worker. He commands control of our offense daily and has this very underrated speed as a QB and he is very accurate. He's a humble kid, but plays with a passion uncontrollable at the same time. Watching him become more comfortable in our offense will be scary." said Corey Smith.
Angel sports a 2.7 weighted GPA and is schedule, to take the upcoming ACT test. Angel isn't your prototype quarterback standing 5-foot-11, but he's special with the ball in his hands, and will make someone college football program happy the next four years.
