JUCO SPOTLIGHT: Iowa Western C.C. Freshman CB Tobias Moss


Council Bluffs, IA -- The former 3-Star prep recruit from (Westminister Christian High School) Miami, FL that held over a number of football subdivision official offers -- most notable Wisconsin. Moss is making a name for himself once again, this time around its approximately 1,672-miles located in Council Bluffs, IA -- as the starting cornerback for Iowa Western Community College.

Moss a Redshirt. Freshman standing 5-foot-11, 173-pounds with sub 4.5 speed, is locking down former Athletic Coastal Conference (ACC) wide receivers and nationally ranked junior college programs top playmakers. In four games, Moss has been targeted 15 times and has only allowed two receptions for 15 receiving yards playing against what most consider the Southeastern Conference (SEC) of junior college football.

Moss has earned Defensive Player of the Week honors as well as displaying the ability to hold his own by locking down NJCAA big wide receivers of the world such as 2-Star WR Ron'Quavion Tarver 6-3, 215-pounds (Utah State commit), former 4-Star WR Jefferie Gibson 6-4, 200-pounds (Clemson Bounceback) and Jaren Colston-Green 6-1, 190-pounds (Utah State commit).

Moss is a mid-year college qualifier (December graduate) with three years of eligibility remaining. Below is Moss four game statistics this season and targeting and completion outcome at cornerback.
