Rising Stars Top 25 list is compiled by several components. 1) level of competition 2) big-game performances and 3) consistency. I have also personally observed each student-athlete game. Torey Morrison is a future star. He may lack the ideal height at the moment for a quarterback position, but expect a couple of stars and offers next to his name come senior year as an athlete. Morrison threw four touchdowns in the Miami Dolphins' Dade vs. Broward All-Stars Game and later tossed an additional three touchdowns participating in the FBU National Tournament for the Dade All-Stars. He also gave high school 7-on-7 football teams battles with multiple D1 prospects and won a number of games. Multiple coaches feel he can start for Miami Southridge right now, just to paint a better picture of his talent.
