Rising Stars All-South Florida Freshman Team
The 2nd Annual Rising Stars All-South Florida Freshman Team features instant impact prospects located in the Miami Metroplitican areas from the class of 2020 based on varsity production, strength of schedule as well as the football circuit. Class of 2019 group -- featured a long list of nationally recognized prospects with Sunday potential such four-stars: Nayquan Wright, James Cook, Mark Pope, Dontae Lucas, Diamante Howard, Ge'mon Eaford, Mikel Jones, Akeem Dent, Keontra Smith and Kenny McIntosh. The class of 2020 doesn't appear to slow down the talent train with five freshmen holding verbal scholarships before the start of the New Year. Runnig backs Don Chaney Jr. and Andre Stringfield continued the trend in South Florida, picking up verbal scholarships as an eighth-graders.
Edge-rushers Jesus Machado and LaTarie Kinsler Jr., both registered an eye-popping 20 sacks a piece and engineered their teams to FHSAA State Finals. Nose guard Henry Bryant III of American Heritage-Delray, is the next athletic big-man to come from the Miami metropolitan area. Piper QB Dehron King Jr., accumulated 26 all-purpose touchdowns and Keys Gate Charter offensive tackle Johnathan Denis anchors the offensive line. Harry Henderson and Eddie Jackson Jr., both stand six-feet tall with range and athleticism and has power five conference written all over them. The skill positions doesn't need an introduction when it comes to South Florida.
