Chuck Brown Jr.: Trenchsetter Lineman Academy (South Florida)


Trenchsetter founder and first-year Carol City defensive line coach Chuck Brown Jr., a former Florida Tech University Assistant defensive line coach, is one of the hottest up-and-coming coaches in South Florida. Trenchsetter lineman Academy (TLA), provides both 1-on-1 and group sessions as well as aiding to student-athletes college recruitment.

The camp is star studded with four-stars Mikel Jones and Greg Rousseau and a multiple of three-star prospects: Jason Mercier, Devontae McCrae, Jaquan Beaver, Donovan Georges and Patrick Joyner boosting football subdivision offers from the likes of Alabama, Clemson, FSU, UM, UGA and LSU. TLA football camp opened with four hungry defensive lineman eager to be coached up and has evolved into the 7v7 for big man this off-season.

Offensive line coaches George Stubbs and Eduardo Barnes, trains offensive line at the same location. The student-athletes will undergo fundamentals, drills and live competition against notable lineman such as Mark Fox, Juwaun Wilson and Taurian Stafford just to name a few. His teaching and reasonable cost for inner city families each Saturday at Carol City high school, has attracted roughly twenty campers throughout the Miami metropolitan areas.

His coaching resume at developing pass rush specialist speaks for itself. He's the individual responsible for the early success of Uni of Georgia commit Donovan Georges, Mikel Jones (four-star/#3 ranked outside linebacker in the country) and five-star in waiting freshman Jesus Machado.
