Rising Star: Monsignor Pace 18' DE D'andre Ragin

Opa-locka, FLA -- The face of the spartans football program is no other than Rivals 18' (4-Star) Athlete Trenell Troutman. However, there's another hidden star on spartans football roster, that's also apart of the 2018 recruiting class, that's going a bit under the radar. I'll like to introduce to you -- defensive end/linebacker D'andre Ragin.

The rising junior stands 6-foot-3, 210-pounds and speaking of growth and upside, he's only 15 - years of age folks. Ragin is athletically gifted, smart and possess strength along with an impressive frame. Last fall, Ragin recorded (60) tackles, (8) sacks and (2) fumble recoveries. Ragin holds an in-state offer from Florida Atlantic University and after his spring performance vs. Homestead -- tallying (6) tackles and (2) sacks within two quarters, he looks to improve his statistics this fall.

The 15 - year old, squats (500lbs), bench (245lbs) and power clean (200lbs). He also has a 34 inch vertical jump and 4.7/40 speed. Not to mention, just like football. Ragin has played on varsity basketball team the past two seasons. Ragin as of today, has (16) career quarterback sacks entering his junior season.
