Champagnat Catholic rising playmaker, Noah Pierre, a versatile 5-foot-10, 175-pound native from Opa-Locka, Fla., has earned his strips for the Class 2A state runner-up and respect, from prominent Div. 1 recruits, who have squared up with the undervalued recruit. The Lions' No. 1 cornerback and captain, who oversees highly rated 3 and 4 star recruits, is hoping for recruiting attention come mid-season evaluation.

Pierre, is far from an overhyped prospect. The Lions' are label 2A classification wise, but not by their 2017 schedule, which consist of 8A, 7A, 6A, 4A and 3A opponents. And also, respectable out-of-state programs from Kentucky (Trinity HS) and New Jersey (Barring).

Pierre, bone crushing hit vs. Trinity HS, went viral. Hitting the one million mark. Pierre, leads South Florida in interceptions with (3) and has yet to allow (100) yards in a single game. The senior, who clocked a high 4.5 40-yard dash (per Rivals Camp Series).
"Champagnat Catholic senior class is 90 percent already qualified. Noah (sports a 2.8 GPA) will be taking his test, in October. FIU has shown some type of interest", said head coach Dennis Marroquin. Marroquin also replied by saying, "He (Noah Pierre) is a great player, but better person. He was awarded the No. 1 jersey, which shows number one qualities in both the classroom, gridiron and character."

"Pierre, has been overlooked for a long time now, " said former FSU defensive lineman Desmond Hollin. "Transferring to Champagnat Catholic should help his recruitment moving forward. He always wants to challenge the opposing team's best wide receiver, would out me even asking as the defensive coordinator of the Hard knocks. Someone is going to get a steal for their 2018 recruiting class."
