Rising Stars Freshmen of the Week: Katravis Geter Named Overall Player of the Week

Rising Stars Overall Player of the Week - Katravis Geter, RB (Miramar High School)
Geter (5'9", 175) who has scored 9 rushing touchdowns on the season, ran wild against national power St. Thomas Aquinas. Geter 3 rushing touchdowns for over 120 yards helped his team defeat the defending Class 7A state champions 44-27. University School of Nova freshman linebacker is going to be a star. Against. Class 3A state runner up, Chaminda-Mondonna, Emile Aime (5'11", 200) shined on a field surrounded by Division 1 talent. Aime accounted for 12 total tackles, 2 tackles for lost, 2 sacks, and including a 55 yard interception for touchdown. Co-Defensive Player of the Week, Jason Marshall, CB (Miami Palmetto)
Miami Palmetto High School freshmen cornerback Jason Marshall and Cornelius Collier, Jr. (6'1", 170) both caused turnovers against Coral Reef. It's not how you start, its how you finished. In Marshall second varsity start, he has amassed 3 interceptions. Marshall accounted for 2 interceptions this past week vs. Coral Reef and standing 6-foot-1, 175 pounds the future is bright.
Marshall recorded 2 interceptions (3 career ints) and Collier, Jr. takes a backseat this week, but he added yet another interception, which makes 5 on the season. The future looks bright for the Panthers. North Miami HS has another pair of freshman that continues to shine as the season becomes more challenging down the stretch. Running back Kelly Loiseau (5'10", 185) rushed for 103 yards and 1 rushing touchdown against Hialeah Gardens. Loiseau teammate linebacker Amahri McCray (5'11", 190) caused 2 force fumbles and tallied 10 tackles.
Monsignor Pace gifted free safety James Williams (6'2", 185), who was recently selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, delivered multiple bone crushing hits and including 1 interception. Gulliver Prep freshman athlete (CB/WR) Marc Charlemagne (5'10", 150) pulled in his first career interception and returned it over 50 yards. Charlemagne hasn't allowed over two catches over 10 yards this fall. Charlemagne is going to be another dynamic two-way athlete for the Raiders.
