Tour of Talent: So. Florida's Top 10 Quarterbacks (Class of 2020)

High school football spring practices have come and gone, giving us a clearer picture of what to expect from the 2018 season. With that in mind, Rising Stars has nailed down ten quarterbacks you should know this upcoming season. The methodology was consisted of varsity film, accoldes, and off-season performances.
SOUTH FLORIDA TOP 10 QUARTERBACKS (In no particular order) Jaylin Willis II | Miami Southridge | (6'2", 200)
The out-of-state transfer who's originally from the peach state (Georgia) has earned two early FBS verbal scholarships from both Arkansas St. and Southern Miss. Willis has pinpoint accuracy within the intermediate range based on Coral Gables spring football game. He later won several 7v7 team football championships. Edwin Rhodes | American Heritage Plantation | (6'1", 160)
The keys to the program is officially in Edwin Rhodes hands this fall. When you factor Rhodes' arm talent and offensive coordinator Mario Perez development with quarterbacks. Rhodes will double his touchdowns this fall. Rhodes posseses sneaky athleticism and was recognized as the top passer in South Florida entering high school. Derohn King | Deerfield Beach | (6'2", 185)
King has accumulated over 35 all-purpose touchdowns and 2,500 yards in the two-year stretch at Piper. King has transferred to Deerfield Beach and will be surrounded by FBS playmakers on offense. The dual threat has early offers from UF, UCF, FIU, Bowling Green per 247sports. Zachary Bohannon | American Heritage Delay | (6'2", 185)
Bohannon is your ideal dual-threat quarterback who accounted for 2,000 total yards of offense with over 15 total touchdowns. He has over 25 career touchdowns with a next level arm. Bohannon has displayed the best arm amongst all quarterbacks ranging from fall and 7v7 with Florida Fire. James Ferriero, Jr. | Piper | (6'3", 180)
He excels at distributing the ball to receivers on short and intermediate throws as part of a dink-and-dunk offense that places a premium on ball control. As a vertical thrower, Ferriero, Jr. displays enough arm strength to push the ball down the field. He has major upside as he continues to mature at the position. Brandon McDuffey, Jr. | Christopher Columbus | (5'10", 150)
McDuffey, Jr., a FAU verbal commit, has quiently performed well statically. Based on his spring football game film, he has a chance to become a 2,000 yard and 15-20 touchdowns type of quarterback this fall. Having a wide receiver named Kalani Norris will certainly help. Vamir Cadet | Everglades | (5'11", 150)
He can rifle the ball to every area of the field with zip, velocity or touch. He also displays outstanding timing and anticipation. Cadet consistently delivers the ball within the strike zone. His athleticism allows him to play a significant time at wide receiver. Massimo Foerch | Ft. Lauderdale | (6'0", 195)
He's a classic drop-back passer with solid size, strength, and arm talent. Foerch is a intermediate specialist at throwing "shots" off play-action. As a vertical passer, he shows excellent range, anticipation and touch connecting with receivers on posts, switches and go routes down the field. Gerard Nesbitt | Plantation | (6'2", 210)
His size, athleticism, and arm talent will eventually catch college football coaches attention. Based on film, he throws well on the move and can make positive plays using his feet. Keep an eye on this young man. Ryle Aguila | Hialeah | (5'10", 155)
Aguila ranks #1 statically speaking amongst the quarterbacks. He threw for 23 touchdowns and rushed for 6 additional scores along with over 2,000 passing yards. Aguila is also effective firing darts to receivers on seams and slants between the numbers.
